A happy and caring atmosphere is essential, and to promote this we take great care in choosing responsible, conscientious and professional staff. The staff are all warm and approachable, making their Centre a relaxed and pleasant place for everyone. Our staff have up to date.

First Aid qualifications and the majority hold the Nursery Nurse Education Board Diploma (N.N.E.B.) or its equivalent. We have a continual training program to ensure our staff are up to date with best practice procedures. It is our policy wherever possible to promote from within to ensure that our objectives and standards are ingrained throughout our organisation.
